This is a role well suited to an entrepreneurial student, looking to experience the startup environment within the support of a large healthcare company. Supporting the launch of a newly developed workforce management platform, you will be responsible for:

• Customer relationship management
• Managing system setup process
• Project Management including creating documentation, action plans, tracking action items and leading them through to completion by collaborating with appropriate team members
• Conducting and tracking product testing/validation
• Producing training materials
• Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Identifying departmental improvement opportunities

This Internship will enhance your education and career related experience in the following areas:

• Experience in identifying problems, implementing continuous improvement actions, and measuring impact
• Work directly in a Global Healthcare company
• Exposure to continuous feedback environment
• Exposure to broad areas of business
• Practical application of Lean, DMAIC, and other problem-solving tools
• Practical application of engineering skills and scientific method to business environment
• Enhanced communication skills in matrix style organization

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• You are a current rising junior or senior enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or Master level student
• You must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher
• You must have MS office 365 proficiency
• Must feel comfortable working in a fully virtual format and are local to the Malvern, PA or Cary, NC office
• You are available to work in a part-time basis during the academic year (up to 20 hours/week) and full-time (up to 40 hours/week) in the summer.

Start date: ASAP; 6-12 month duration.
