This is a role well suited to an entrepreneurial student, looking to experience the startup environment within the support of a large healthcare company. Supporting the launch of a newly developed workforce management platform, you will be responsible for:
- Customer relationship management
- Managing system setup process
- Project Management including creating documentation, action plans, tracking action items and leading them through to completion by collaborating with appropriate team members
- Conducting and tracking product testing/validation
- Producing training materials
- Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Identifying departmental improvement opportunities

This Internship will enhance your education and career related experience in the following areas:
- Experience in identifying problems, implementing continuous improvement actions, and measuring impact

- Exposure to broad areas of business
- Practical application of Lean, DMAIC, and other problem-solving tools
- Practical application of engineering skills and scientific method to business environment
- Enhanced communication skills in matrix style organization
Required skills to have for the success of this role
- You are a current rising junior or senior enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or Master level student
- You must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher
- You must have MS office 365 proficiency
- Must feel comfortable working in a fully virtual format and are local to the Malvern, PA or Cary, NC office
- You are available to work in a part-time basis during the academic year (up to 20 hours/week) and full-time (up to 40 hours/week) in the summer.
Start date: ASAP; 6-12 month duration.
