职位描述

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责

1、Be responsible for production equipment operation, area cleaning/ disinfection, routine machine checking etc.

洁净室清洁消毒，设备定期点检等工作。

2、Complete group or shift tasks and fill the related records as per SOP requirements.

SOP进行操作，认真完成班组生产工作， 负责填写岗位生产记录等。

3、Support to execute equipment validation, process validation and cleaning validation etc.

配合完成设备定期验证、工艺验证、清洁验证等工作。

4、Be Skilled on machine operation and be competent with the common faults solving.

熟练操作所在岗位的设备，并能排除常见故障。

5、Continuously improve his/her professional knowledge and the related operation procedures. SOP。

不断完善生产岗位标准操作规程、专业知识技能和其他相关SOP。

6、Report the abnormal /deviation or observation in time during production, and execute emergency treatment as requirement, support root cause investigation and analysis.

及时汇报生产中异常和偏差，按要求进行必要的应急处理，配合原因调查、分析。

7、Propose the suggests to improve the productivity, cost-reducing, and safety。

提出任何提高生产率、降低成本、降低不安全因素的建议 。

8、Be able to shift operation work.

中班+夜班工作。

9、Report product complaints and adverse drug reactions according SOP requirements.

SOP要求报告产品投诉和药物不良反应。

10、Other tasks requested by his/her supervisor.

领导安排的其它工作。

REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduation from high school or technical (pharmacy or chemistry) school, better under

35.

药学、制药类等相关专业中专及以上学历，35岁以下。

2. At least one year experience of sterile operation.

熟悉无菌操作技能，至少拥有一年以上无菌生产工作经验。

3. Strong responsibility sense, teamwork and hardworking spirit

有较强的责任心，团队合作意识和吃苦耐劳的精神。

4. Good ability of expression, personality and open-minded.

要求良好的语言表达能力，性格大方开朗。

5. Enjoy his/her work, be careful and responsible, proactive work .

热爱工作，细心、有责任心，工作积极主动。

6. Be honesty and transparency in reporting and recording practice.

在生产实践、汇报和记录中诚实，行为透明。

7. Be tidy and careful in house keeping
