Job outputs:
Co-ordinate and compile the annual Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report in line with MERSETA
and BBBEE Strategic requirements.
Assist and give advice to line management with the implementation of the annual Workplace Skills Plan.
Co-ordinate and compile training reports on a monthly basis and assess progress against Work Skills Plan
Targets.
Liaise with accredited training vendors and co-ordinate training interventions in line with the Work Skills Plan.
Maintain detailed records on monthly basis of training interventions and expenses incurred.
Co Ordinate and support all processes, arrangements and requirements in view of (not limited to):
Learnerships, Apprenticeships, Skills Programme and all other related new schemes, e.g. Youth Employment Scheme (YES programme).
Ensure that all reports and costings, cost reports are compiled, organized and current and provided on time to the respective Stakeholders and all reports are kept accurate and submitted on the set deadlines and target dates.
Co-Ordinate and facilitate initiatives and Programmes in view of application for, administration and coordination and accurate and meticulous recording and submission of Discretionary Grants.
The co-ordination of any related surveys, communication, updates and regulatory audits in view of MERSETA grants.
Ensure all compilation and submission of BBBEE related reports, enquiries and surveys are accurately
completed and delivered/ submitted on time to relevant stakeholders: MERSETA, Department of Labour, BEE Strategist etc
Full Co-Ordination of the Transformational (Skills Development and BBBEE) projects, analysis, reporting and administrative requirements including all statutory reporting and compliance, supporting Vocational training by monitoring and providing data on registered programs such as Learnerships and ApprenticeshipsMinimum requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
BBBEE qualifications would be advantageous
Must be an accredited skills development facilitator
Knowledge of MERSETA requirements within the automotive industry
3 to 4 years’ training and developement experience within the automotive industry
