Job Responsibilities:
*Assist Shift Managers in effective labor requirements and coverage in all slot areas at all times
*Authorize and verify slot machine payouts as per company policy and Macau Gaming Regulations within permitted limitations
*Ensure highest quality of customer service is consistently maintained throughout floor
*Accurately maintain a daily shift report
*Assist management in preparation for special projects – movements, software upgrades and new installations

Job Requirements:
*At least one year's supervisory experience in a slot or casino operation desired
*High school graduate or above
*Possess excellent command of Mandarin and Cantonese and basic English
*Individual must be out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company
*Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
