Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- To be responsible for the coordination of all gaming inventory for the support of the Slots Operations and electronic equipment for table games, including scheduling repair and maintenance programs for gaming equipment, sending and receiving faulty parts to and from manufacturer for repairing, ensure adequate stock is maintained for spare parts and all movements and status of equipment is documented
- Confirm and prepare equipment as required for any project work for Slots
- Liaise with Senior Operations staff from Slot Machine and external Manufacturer to ensure all equipment is in good working order and minimize any downtime for the operation
- Prepare equipment as needed for any up and coming Slot projects
- Keep accurate inventory record of all slot machines, game kits, spare parts, and off-site slot inventory
- Work with Purchasing department in sourcing and ordering required parts for Slot Operations and Casino Technical
- Manage performance of ongoing preventative maintenance to ensure the serviceability of all Slot Machines and equipment, as well as the upkeep of their repair records. Maintain equipment to approved standard and schedules
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year’s working experience in a Technical environment with exposure to various types of gaming equipment and have experience in maintaining Inventory databases
- High school graduate or above
- Possess excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
