1. Accountabilities 职责

• Global smart brewery platform SPOC
• Lead to develop smart brewery projects and implement it for brewery performance improvement thorough understanding of the plant operation and deep analysis of process data by new technology.
• Work with team to roll out all Global mandatory tech-supply projects
• Project procedure management ( Write project scope,FDS budget approval, project bidding, project execution, project qualification , asset management)
• Work with brewery to know user request
• Develop zone smart brewery strategic plan
• Brewery IT/OT safety set up and standard
• SMS implement and open/ close the gap
• Deep drive smart projects’ benefit

2.Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求

Education 教育

Education in science background, bachelor degree above.

Experience 经验

• At least 5 years in famous world manufacturing plant, holding position of MES expert or network hardware expert (OT/IT).
• Working experience in MES project management, system structure, international company that is in charge of multiple branch manufacturers is preferred

Technical competencies (Job related) 专业能力 （与工作相关）

• At least 3 years in famous world level company , holding position of department manager or project leader, technology expert …
• Beer or soft drink producing procedure knowledge is plus.
• Candidate has strong strength in analytic skills and attention to details can be considered with less above experience.
• Working experience in foreign company is preferred.
• Excellent leadership with logical mind, able to lead projects across different country (APAC).
• Solid experience in MES or IT, or automation.
• Deep understanding of the connections between future of supply chain and current operation, process of beverage industry. Experience of operation is preferred.
• Familiar with modern industry safety practice.
• Customer orientated, good communicator.
• Influent in English, both speaking and writing.
• Good analytical skills, good at prioritize works in complex work environment, good computing skill.
• Self-motivated, willing to take challenge.
• Highly ethic and integrity.
