The Lenovo Smart Collaboration Team is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join us as we transform the workplace with our innovative collaboration solutions. In this role, you will drive the execution of product launch, transition and lifecycle management, supply planning, and sales enablement activities. Doing so you will work cross functionally with both your BU colleagues and key GEO stakeholders.  All the work will be centered on outlining business plans to achieve our financial objectives. Primary Responsibilities • Planning, execution and reporting of Smart Collaboration business priorities.  Working as a link between GEO and WW teams on tasks including quarterly planning, corrective actions and strategic initiatives. • Manage the operational BU BMS and orchestrate across key operational functions for day-to-day activities as well as strategic initiatives • Analyze supply planning against financial targets to support business objectives • Identify, distinguish and analyze multiple components of a problem or gap in the business, and then make clear recommendations for business change • Analyze big data and create recommendations for the sales ops teams, finance, and management • Continuously evolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and make business recommendations • Working with the management team to develop, implement and manage the business processes, systems, reports and strategies to meet organizational goals and initiatives Why Lenovo? Learn more about why it’s great to work at Lenovo - https://www.lenovobenefits.com/why-join-lenovo #### Position Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum 3 years operations experience providing analytical reporting and business insight • Background in operations, fulfillment and planning processes • Strong virtual team and extensive cross-group coordination/collaboration and partnership skills • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, senior management and other functional groups • Superior communication skills – oral, written and presentation skills with management and peers. Powerpoint mastery is an advantage. • Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm, and commitment with the ability to work proactively • Analytical, critical thinker capable of collecting clear/concise data from multiple sources accompanied with presentation skills, analytical and business competencies • Experience in data analysis, a real spreadsheet wizard with experience of data manipulation and building excel based dashboards. PowerBi programming experience an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: \- MBA preferred \- Detail-oriented with organizational, and analytical skills \- Ability to respond quickly to multiple issues and work under pressure.
