What You'll Do:
The Smart Collaboration Channel Account Manager (CAM) must have track record
of success in recruiting and developing strong channel relationships and
business results.
The Smart Collaboration Channel Account Manager will be responsible for
acquiring and significantly growing Lenovo channel sales share at the targeted
partner territory driving commercial revenue and customer satisfaction for
Lenovo’s NSP Community. This individual will be establishing and managing
account relationships through senior level engagements. They will also develop
strategies for profit and product mix proposals, as well as communicate and
understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and measure ROI for
strategic investments. The CAM will also be engaged with extended teams in
proposals, building relationships with partners and Lenovo field sales teams,
product transition plans, and investment planning.

#### Position Requirements:
We're looking to add talented individuals who are self-motivated and desire

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 5 or more years of successful solution (hardware, software, & services)
sales experience.
• Experience in selling Video and/or Workplace Collaboration technology
solutions or Cloud solutions.
• Track record of closing new business and developing/maintaining business
within existing accounts.
• Demonstrated track record of top performance with multi-million-dollar
quota.
• Executive relationship building within account set – comfort and confidence
with C-level conversations.
• Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to large accounts
through solution-selling. and value-selling techniques.
• Travel to any or all customer sites when appropriate.
