We are looking for a highly dynamic individual with strong relationship and
communication skills along with executive level business acumen and channel
experience. The EMEA Smart Collaboration Channel Lead position will be
responsible for EMEA Channel Strategy, building out and managing a team,
driving revenue, profit, executive channel partner relationships and customer
satisfaction.
This individual will be managing and maintaining channel account relationships
through executive level engagements, by also developing strategies for
enhancing channel sales, as well as understanding and communicating industry
trends. This person will also be engaged with extended Lenovo teams and
working with the Lenovo sales and channel organization. The candidate must be
able to position Lenovo product and channel value proposition, by producing
accurate account plans, sales forecasts and ensure sales activity is tracked
using the required reporting tools.
Finally, this person must be dynamic and provide creative solutions to drive
key Lenovo Smart Collaboration solutions.
The EMEA Smart Collaboration Channel Lead will report to the Head of EMEA
Smart Collaboration based in Italy.

#### Position Requirements:
Minimum 7-10 years of proven track record of channel management in the IT
industry (software and hardware) or AV industry
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Demonstrate strong team building experience, leadership and ability to
manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently
• Have entrepreneurial attitude that is imaginative, passionate and
approachable
• Channel management knowledge
• Territory management skills
• Ability to manage a remote team
• Build & execute operational plans for Workplace Transformation products and
options
• Proficient in being able to sell the value of Workplace Transformation &
associated solutions
• Experience in working with channel partners
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Knowledge at EMEA level of the AV Resellers, Distribution, UC technologies
is preferred
