We believe by leveraging Bosch’s sensor competence and security technology, as well as the expertise in smart home appliances, Bosch smart lock will bring our customer a brand new lifestyle with higher security assurance and better user experience.

As one of Bosch's worldwide five innovation hubs, RBLC incubates various Corporate Startup teams in ‘Shanghai Connectory’ – a branded global network currently has presence in US, DE, UK and CN. Smart Lock is one of the recently commercialized incubation projects at RBLC and is in first batch enrolled in ‘Shanghai Connectory’, a co-creation IoT space, which enables digital/entrepreneurial/partnering mindset, while providing educational experiences around IoT and lean startup, as well as open Innovation eco-system with internal/external startup network. The innovative furnishing style and work environment provide a perfect space for the makers to maximize their potential.

Smart Lock team currently has two founding members for product management, business development, and sales & marketing. We are now looking for a co-founder with strong technical background. Qualifications

Being a Tech Co-founder at smart lock team, you could say: “ I have professional technical skills.”

• I have strong embedded software programming background in C/C++ and master developing and debugging software on ARM Cortex-A/-M series architectures.
• Familiar with IoT module integration (WiFi\BLE\Zigbee), proficient in design and develop security components required to communicate device to device & device to cloud.

Being a Tech Co-founder at smart lock team, you tell yourself: “I will be responsible for supplier and supply chain, achieving absolutely reliable performance and reasonable price.”

• I have good communication skills and good at negotiating with suppliers of components selection, system optimization, VA/VE and cost effective solution concept.
• Safeguard product launch is at my highest interest, from MVP, A sample, C sample, SOP. Cooperating with RBLC SHS to participate in product technology and quality control.

Being a Tech Co-founder at smart lock team, you tell yourself: ‘I am able to jointly define and develop new products/solutions.”

• Working with team members to complete product/feature definition and technology roadmap. Integrating technology trends into each product and iterate through the whole product lifecycle is always necessary.
• I am curious about the customers and users. Participating in product interview and research with team members is crucial. Continuous improvement and optimization through product generations is also what I’m good at.
