This is an Engineering Trainee role, reporting to Production Development Manager in Business Area Electrification, Smart Power.

Your responsibilities

• Doing three rounds of Rotation where a mentor will be appointed to you during the whole rotation journey. There will be 1 tutor for each round of rotation. After finishing the assignment from the Mentor and 3 tutors. 1 of the 3 rotations will be in another location.
• Being part of positions related to Quality Control (PQC/CQS), Engineering (IE/Process Engineer/Maintenance), or Planning & Fulfillment.
• Implementing various test methods and standards to ensure performance and quality. Acting with safety, efficiency, quality and productivity to assure that products and systems meet stated requirements and satisfying the customer. Managing assigned customer quality issues and ensuring they are resolved in an efficient & timely manner.
• Ensuring the production process complies with the project target and approving the design for process developed internally or externally and perform final test with respect to the project. Providing support to production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plan and training relevant maintenance and production resource.
• Supporting profitable growth by ensuring the accurate tactical planning of our demand and our operations, optimizing inventory and resource management and the perfect fulfillment of customers’ orders.

Your background

• Fresh graduates (or within 1-year social working experience) with bachelor’s degree above (master’s degree preferred).
• Must have a major in Electric Engineering or Communication Engineering/Software/ AI/Automation/Electrical Systems/ Electrical/Mechanical.
• Graduates with combined Engineering and Business Studies degrees are highly welcomed.
• Must be self-driven, initiative, ambitious, curious with a wide area of interest and willing to explore.
• Mature and balanced with realistic career and life goals;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and a team player who is flexible and open for new ideas.
• Must have high learning agility and analytical capability.
• Fluency in English language in both speaking and writing.
