Our global eCommerce team is searching for a Product Coordinator, who would support the product availability functions and pricing in a dynamic e-commerce environment. You will monitor and maintain pricing alignment with regional teams, drive the Smartphone business through Lenovo.com to meet the business targets. Your daily job duties will include the following: \- Help evaluate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly performance against plan and take corrective actions where necessary \- Help plan and manage product transitions \- Good understanding of product life cycle management \- Assist in analysis and reporting of product availability and ‘Weeks-of- Inventory’. \- Analyzing weekly sales figures to identify opportunities and discrepancies \- Support pricing alignment with local market and promotional pricing \- Assist in the development and reporting of performance metrics \- Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure that processes are in place to support accurate and efficient product planning Organization You will report to Director, Global eCommerce 4P. #### Position Requirements: \- Minimum 2-3 years Product Management experience preferably in a technology, consumer electronics or e-commerce environment. \- Strong background in developing and optimizing planning systems, processes and tools \- Detail-oriented with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills. \- Ability to partner with team-mates and peers, and other functional groups to achieve business objectives \- Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment - ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives \- Strong relationship building skills – collaborates effectively with others \- Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm and commitment EDUCATION \- Qualified in a relevant discipline or business related area desired \- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office required.  Project software an advantage What We Will Offer You: • A multitude of professional and personal opportunities. • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forwarding thinking IT companies. • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes. • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life. • An international team with a high focus on Diversity.
