Smartphone Sales & Business Manager for Finland

#### Position Description:
Can you work with customers to identify opportunities and develop account
goals, strategies and tactics?
Can you establish strategic plans and objectives to grow our market share?
We are currently looking for an Account Sales Manager to join our successful
Nordics sales team. In this new position you will be responsible for the
business in Finland as a country lead. You will be reporting directly to our
Nordics General Manager.
What will be your scope of responsibilities once you join us?
• You will take care of the overall relationships with a number of carrier and
retail/e-tail accounts within the Nordic countries
• Your primary goal will be to increase sell in & sell thru of our smartphones
and create much higher levels of visibility, executive sponsorship, knowledge-
transfer, and client penetration within all the identified accounts
• Establish market strategies & drive device adoption, present sales
incentives and promotions, engage in regular quarterly business reviews and
monthly forecasting activities
• Responsible for revenue, margins and activation growth
• Build and manage key and executive level relationships and across all
channels to gain understanding of the partners' overall business strategies
and growth initiatives, developing educational plans for all partners and
channels.
• Manage device sales and support resources directly or indirectly in
development of advanced solution selling concepts
• Able to solve complex problems which may require unique solutions which are
used across geographies, industries, etc.
• Ownership and management of forecasting and reporting within CRM tool
#### Position Requirements:
What will help you to get your job done?
• 5+ years of sales experience selling mobile devices into the Nordic
operators and mobile retail customers
• Experience from sales / account management experience selling devices
directly into B2C channel is an advantage
• Reporting and administration skills and cross-functional relationship
management
• Experience presenting to groups and senior management
• Demonstrable success in influencing and negotiating at Director level
• A strong track record of hitting and beating your sales targets
