You are the Key contact for Customs / Official Authorities e.g. nVWA / Chamber of Commerce & 3PL Customs. This includes structural meetings, performance management with several of these parties and assure good relation management.

You are responsible for Authorised Economic Operator-licensing of the entire Mars Veghel unit. This means further developing and completing the current documentation and processes in order to assure future compliancy

You assure that new ways of working / new import- and export flows are customs compliant including required documentation and required licenses.

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Key contact for Customs / Official Authorities e.g. nVWA / Chamber of Commerce & 3PL Customs. This includes structural meetings with several of these parties and assure good relation management.
• Responsible for Authorised Economic Operator- licensing
• Responsible for performance measurement of 3PL customs department

 

 What are we looking for?

 

We are looking for a pro-active Customs coordinator who sees opportunities and possible gaps

Furthermore we ae looking for someone who is able to understand the details but can also create a high level overview

The Customs Coordinator needs to be very well skilled in stakeholder management as you are responsible for driving and developing the relationships internally and externally.

 

• Education level: University or HBO with 3 years of work experience
• Skills:
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
  • MS office skills must have
• Experience:
  • Custom knowledge and\or supply chain management knowledge is needed.
