Job Description
Responsible for Smartphone SoC DFT/Testing execution and flow enhancement for better efficiency and test coverage
- DFT/Testing architecture and plan
- DFT design implementation/integration
- DFT design quality assurance
- post-silicon DFT testing, fauilure diagnosis, DPPM analysis
Requirement
- Familiar with digital IC design flow and DFT methodology( ex: ATPG, MBIST, Tessent )
- Experience on DFT tools ( ex: DFT compiler, Tetramax, MBISTA, Tessent, ...) is a plus.
- Good script skill in shell / Perl / TCL is a plus
