Join us in the Corporate Strategy Office CSO, where we are the stewards for Intel's growth. The CSO CTO Team is seeking an individual to support system and Soc architecture initiative and strategic discussion within CSO organization.


The position requires a solid combination of strategic, technical and business acumen, skills to work effectively across functional and organizational boundaries and the skills to communicate effectively across executive, business and technical audiences.

It is expected that, you:

Drive and support system Concepts work with internal partners and external startups.
Provide technical assessment on startups -- their direction , maturity, and feasibility.
Analyze technical directions for next-generation innovation.
Create TCO and other analytical models to justify architectural trade-offs of external startups.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related degree.
Highly Technically savvy with the skills to understand a broad spectrum of software, HW, operating systems, hardware technologies, architecture details, and be comfortable driving discussions with senior technologist.
Previous experience as a System and/or SoC and/or IP Architect.
Experience in analyzing new architecture features and quantify the benefit on different workloads.
Knowledge in workload analysis and mapping to different HW architecture.
Power management, power delivery, thermals, packaging knowledge.
Familiar with AI, Deep Learning, Machine learning algorithms and optimizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA degree.
Knowledge of ecosystem dynamics, competitive landscape.
Prior experience in MnA activities - directly or in an advisory capacity.
Technical breadth spanning different compute IP, Memory sub-systems, Storage sub-systems, SOC fabrics.
Proven track record of influencing strategy and shaping direction across a range of topics in a BU and/or Corporate level.
Deep understanding in all aspects of TCO modeling, measurement, power, cost and schedule.
Knowledge on low level SW and compilers.
Post -SI debug and validation experience.

Inside this Business Group

Corporate Strategy Office is chartered to support the executive office in driving corporate initiatives, including near and long-term strategy, major cross-group decision making and ensuring cross-company alignment.  To deliver to that mission, the team owns shaping, driving and synthesizing insights to directionally orient trends as well as long range strategic planning/visioning , cross company alignment and greenfield innovation.  Communications are essential to drive alignment so there is a focus on communications, community and acumen development.  The team is ccommitted to ensuring that Intel efforts are aligned to, and actively driving success toward the most impactful business strategies.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
