Intel Ethernet Products Group is seeking an exception talent for the role of Director of Verification .

In this position you will work in a diverse, dynamic and highly energized team designing Intel future Network Interface Cards and ethernet solutions for the data center of the future.

You will be part of the product team that is designing the end-to-end device and integrating multiple IP's into it.
In this role:

You will plan, provide resources for and direct activities in SoC verification to meet schedules, standards, and cost.

You will cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values, norms and behaviors.

You will identify and analyze problems, plans, tasks, and solutions.

You will provide guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues.

You will plan and schedule daily tasks, use judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.

You will manage SoC verification and work with the IP verification team to define IP acceptance and delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in computer or electrical engineering with 15+ years of related technical experience
• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience in building and managing verification teams.
• Experience in Ethernet HW development or similar technology a must.
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of verification including static pre-silicon verification, formal and sign-off process.
• Commitment to high quality verification standards with minimum exposure to bugs found after integration.
• Knowledge of latest advancements in tools, flows, and methodologies used in verification.
• Good collaboration skills to interface with architecture, design and system/solution validation stake-holders.
• Good communication skills to report progress/problems/plans to engineering and management forums.
• Can do attitude and positive motivational leader.
