European company leader of furniture and decoration retail is looking for his Social compliance expert.

Main duties/tasks:

Under the supervision of the Director of our shanghai office and working closely with the sustainable purchasing team in France, the social expert will have to:

? Conduct social assessments of our new suppliers'social management systems and practices regarding to our requirements;

? Conduct follow-up audits of our strategic suppliers all over China, based on the schedule and format given by Head office, focusing on non-compliances previously identified;

? Develop customized corrective action plans to resolve problematic issues;

? Provide general guidance on how to comply with our standards and achieve corrections plans;

? Accompany suppliers on very specific aspects that contribute positively to the factory productivity and its employees'satisfaction: hiring/firing process, working hours monitoring, labor productivity, incentives systems, training;

? Provide reports (including pictures) and metrics on a regular basis.

Travelling 80% of work time to visite suppliers' factory all over China, all expenses refunded

Main office located in Shanghai，China

Skills:

• At least bachelor's degree in HR
• >2 years'experience in a manufacturing company
• Mandarin, fluent in oral and written English.
• Knowledge of the social audit process ((ICS, BSCI, SMETA...)

Salary: Depending on experience ，
