Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Social Content Planning
- Plan and develop the content calendar for social platforms for the brand. This including social media strategy implementation, execution and upgradation, management of social media presences on WeChat, Weibo and other potential own channels to drive brand awareness and commercial KPIs.
- Content/editorial development and creation based on branding/marketing campaigns, promotional and emotional calendar.
- Work with internal stakeholders of different BUs (Marketing, Digital, Sales, HR, Operations, etc.) to deliver and fine-tune brand actions or strategies on social networks.
- Follow up on content innovation across different social platforms to enhance performance, grow and nurture fan base and engagement rates to drive performance that aligns with strategic KPIs.
- Support supervisor on Social/KOL campaigns plan, activation and reports, etc.
2. Social Commerce Operation
- Work with other BUs to seek opportunities such as message delivery, creative assets (signage, digital video or animation, physical materials release etc.) and other distributions to increase social app user base.
- Work with internal and external to initiate online activation in social app platform and social media channels throughout campaigns to bring traffics and activation for social app.
- Monitor data and analysis in terms of traffics, user/fans base, retention, activation, conversion rate, booking and revenue, etc. to find opportunities to enhance the social experience and increase social commerce.
- Work with IT and Finance to on the payment and other technical issues to clarify the client path.
- Support supervisor on social commerce campaigns activations and other assigned projects.
3. Social Customer Service
- Manage the customer service on social media including Wechat/Weibo guest comments and social guest service.
- Discover the potential consumer needs, manage and maintain a positive relationship with customers, rolling out consumer portraits and trying to retarget and convert.
Manage the GM reviews on social communities and other social channels.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree minimum, perfer in Marketing, Advertising, Management, etc.
- At least 2 years' working experiences in relevant industry and position
- Working experiences in MNCs is strongly preferred
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Interested in hospitality industry and Club Med products & culture
