Task
1. Responsible for the strategy and eco-system development of social CRM program.
2. Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the membership management system in accordance with the brand management objectives and strategies
3. Carry out the management of membership and activities by SMS, wechat and other ways. Increase the activity rate and reduce the turnover rate of members
4. Work on the member data analysis. Take the responsible for the customer recruitment and loyalty management
5. Have the comprehensive ability of customer relationship management system from logical concept, system design/establishment/operation, and have the experience and ability of using various methods, tools or projects to serve customer
6. Manage relevant agencies to deliver synergized result of CRM system.
7. Responsible for all brand social accounts, manage the content delivery for all social content with support of 3rd party.
8. Other ad-hoc projects appointed by the line manager.
Profiles:
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Minimum 5 years of experience working of customer relationship management, infant industry relevant experience is preferred.
Strong ability in logical analysis and report preparation
Excellent communication ability
Detail oriented, able to settle in and focus on task
Ability to cope and prioritize under pressure
Independent, able to handle multiple tasks individually
Language: Chinese (Mandarin: written, spoken); English (written, spoken)
Self-starter, goal-getter, problem solver
