This position is responsible for the daily management of the Social Club restaurant and Rooftop Bar, ensuring that the highest standards of food & beverage service is provided to the guests.
The Social Club Restaurant & Bar Manager plans, organizes and directs the overall F&B operation, administration, marketing and promotion of the managed outlets, and is responsible and accountable for its profitability and revenue generation.
Work Experience
• Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Service oriented with an eye for details
