Job Description
As the Global Social Content Marketing Specialist, you will curate compelling stories that engage our key audiences across Intel's social handles and communities. You will be responsible for working hand-and-hand with the Intel's global social team to build and execute social strategies that increase Xeon brand preference, grow audience affinity and advance buyers in their purchase journeys. You will identify opportunities to engage our audiences with existing content assets and help to create new assets to use across social channels.
Responsibilities:
Establish social editorial priorities for key audiences. Build quarterly agency briefs aligned to these priorities.
Develop and maintain a monthly social editorial content calendar.
Ensure social activations are synchronized with other marketing channels to deliver seamless and cohesive customer journeys.
Identify compelling, audience-tailored content opportunities, guide content creation, and ensure delivery commitments are met.
Build and maintain clear content development and delivery schedules.
Work with agencies and the global social team to create engaging and shareable assets for all social channels.
Leverage a deep tactical understanding of platform capabilities to proactively engage with our audiences to achieve marketing KPIs.
Develop comprehensive operational metrics to measure and improve social content performance.
Maintain a strong awareness of digital and social content trends to inspire continuous improvement and innovation.
Develop quarterly learning agendas to identify, test and adopt new social marketing approaches to realize greater impact.
Evangelize social-first best practices amongst cross-functional teams.
Manage a team of contractors to execute prioritized social handles.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience working on B2B social content marketing focused on Enterprise solutions
- 3+ years of experience creating content for a company, agency or organizations social channels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understand and experience with current marketing communications technology, including content management tools, social listening tools, etc.
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and digital social marketing tool skills
Global Marketing & Communications is responsible for Intel's brand management, end-user product marketing and go-to-market activation strategy for direct and indirect marketing programs worldwide

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
