For our team "Social Media Services" we are looking for a Social Listening and Content Consultant (f/m/d) as soon as possible. If you would like to support us with your expertise and would like to work in a modern and motivated team, we look forward to receiving your application! What part will you play? You support us in our international Content Operations team of our online sales platform "Siemens Xcelerator" and ensure a smooth service You will help us expand the portfolio element "Social Listening" of our social media team and be in close contact with our B2B customers from all over the world You support our customers with social listening dashboards and consult them on the implementation of their digital campaigns. And finally, you also take care of their ads on an operational level You measure the effect of our communication by defining and monitoring important metrics, including analysis and interpretation of data. Based on that you decide on actions with regards to the improvement of the campaigns What we expect.
