We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

Support: Provide support to the Senior Social Media analyst in China to ensure the team’s goals and KPIs are met in particular in the key areas listed below:

Crisis Management: Act as the go to-person for social media and total web listening in China. Utilize our software, in order to provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders in comms, marketing and business, when there is information regarding our brand and reputation being shared on the web

Insights Gathering and Reporting: Report consumer insights based on social media research and listening to both the marketing team and business stakeholders

Governance: Execute on the governance framework established for WeChat to ensure all WeChat accounts, their owners and stakeholders keep documentations and training up to date.

Training: Keep up to date will all listening/content management software and tools in order to assist with trouble-shooting, experimenting and training other teams

Cloning/Translating: Collaborate with the global social media team to ensure standard ongoing reports such as “Customer Painpoints” are also established, updated and distributed for the China market

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor degree or above

More than 2 years working experience

Knowledge of Chinese social media

Professional level Mandarin and English
