Summary:
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment industry, is currently seeking a Social Media Coordinator, for the creation of content that drives our brands and engage our followers.
The social media Coordinator will be responsible of monitoring & engagement, in order to deliver a strategic and operational value to Ubisoft social media channels & communication.
Responsibilities:
As a social media Coordinator you will be working as part of a dynamic and passionate team to support Ubisoft mobile marketing campaigns launch. And you will be in charge of coordinating and executing marketing communication for China on the company’s social channels. Your tasks includes the following:
1. Content & Social Media management
? Generating and sharing content daily that builds meaningful connections with our target.
? Monitor, listen to the current “social trends”, hot topics, channels, applications, designs.
? Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform.
? Create a regular content publishing schedule for our social channels.
? Collaborate with other departments (communication, partnerships & press) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
2. Executing multi-channels communication campaigns
? Work with the agency to create impactful and viral content for the launch of our mobile games on social media.
? Work with the agency to create and implement a content editorial calendar and plan specific marketing campaigns.
3. Tracking & Reporting
? Compile reports for management showing results (ROI). Social media isn’t just spur of the moment posting. You’ll have to report on your outstanding success.
? Reaching market and competition intelligence.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3+ years’ experience in B2C digital communications gained through internships or similar employment.
- Experience in planning and managing multi channels communications.
- Major in Marketing, PR, Communications, Media, English literature, etc..
- Proven excellent English skills in both written and verbal. (CET6, TEM4, TEM8, TOEFL, IELTS or other certificates).
- Native Chinese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential to this role.
- Experience in various communications media, procedures and concepts.
- Master Microsoft Office suite.

- Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written format.
- Is a team player but is confident to take the lead when it comes to content creation & development and online reputation management.
- Tact and a good sense of humor.
- Passion for game.
- Be full of ideas, informed by consumer insight, be hyper connected to the industry culture and social media.
- Be able to work under pressure. Irregular hours as you may interact with fans in and be expected to perform updates in the early morning or late night.
