Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Generate a differentiated content strategy for social channels, based on business needs, trends, consumer insights and analytics
- Set and manage social KPIs and leverage analytics to optimize content performance
- Manage campaigns from initial concept through to execution and reporting
- Act as a brand storyteller, edit and curate the brand voice across all channels
- Stay updated on news and evolving trends, ensuring Lovense is part of relevant social conversations
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to social media queries, comments, and customer service issues to create sense of community and manage brand reputation
- Provide thorough and thoughtful reports, focusing on creative insights in alignment with the wider marketing team
- Oversees and approve seasonal content calendar for all channels
- Provide support to Chief Marketing Officer as needed.

Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Multimedia / Journalism / Communications / Marketing or related field
- At least 4+ years of experience working for major brands, ideally in a social media role
- Native English language ability strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, social publishing tools, and paid social strategies required
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Superior writing and editorial skills, adaptable to different voices
- Strong analytical skills and proven record of measuring results
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive within a high-performance team.

- International experience strongly preferred.
