JOB SUMMARY:
BurdaLuxury is looking to hire talented a Social Media Manager who has 1-4 years of experience for their digital lifestyle platforms in Hong Kong. This is a creative and strategic role for someone who is a hard-working team player and will be instrumental in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan strategies and execute original, trending, and user-generated content for all the social media handles of the platform – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Provide data analysis and metric reporting, i.e analyse data of social content in tandem with the website, and build on that to create further content
- Develop ideas for increasing engagement and followers and drive the same with effective planning and management.
- Build video-led content that can drive traffic to the website and overall growth. Build daily creatives for social to push website content.
- Track and analyse competitive brands for future growth
- Boost content on social platforms with daily budgets.
- Build content calendar in tandem with the editorial team
- Suggest and recommend social-first ideas for the website.
- Identify TG and generate KOL stories for social
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Impeccable English writing and editing skills
- Chinese writing skills are a plus
- Knowledge of creative design apps and software's like photoshop, premier pro or FCP A keen eye for imagery
- Experience in luxury lifestyle sphere
- Data-driven approach and in-depth knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience in working with digital KPIs (engagement, reach) and knowledge how to improve them
- Interest in the topics of lifestyle news, people, luxury brands, gear and tech
