岗位职责:
1、根据品牌的推广计划,制定策略性的营销推广计划和投放方案;
2、有强大的媒介渠道开拓能力,熟悉各类社交媒体的优势,提升粉丝活跃度,分析目标消费群体,达到有效互动;
3、及时掌握营销热点,有效完成项目策划活动,并研究电商新媒体营销发展方向,分析相关数据,提出创新性营销建议;
4、确认关键的社交媒体影响者并利用这些利益相关者来提升社交内容的激活程度。
任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历,中文、新闻等相关专业优先;
2、1年以上社交媒体数字营销经验,对社交媒体嗅觉敏感,有较强的策划、沟通和营运能力;
3、个性积极、充满活力、灵活、细致、和正面思考能力,有一定抗压能力;
4、具有良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力;
5、能熟练操作微博、微信后台及办公软件MS Office;
6、有媒体资源者优先考虑。
Job responsibilities:

Requirements:

4. Good teamwork and communication skills;
5. Proficient in operating weibo, WeChat background and Office software MS Office;
6. Media resources are preferred.
