Job description:

• Manage, build & animate the different social networks communities (mainly WeChat & Weibo at the beginning) for GL in China
• Manage & be responsible of the online customer service through the social networks & the official website
• Work closely with the offline customer service & other departments in the organization
• Build a recurrent process/tools in order to collect the feedbacks from the customers
• Input the whole organization (online & offline activities) about the customer needs/expectations & build the process/report for this
• Participate & be involved in the redefinition of the digital strategy of GL in China & the reshaping of all the social networks
• Be involved in digital projects (O2O)
