Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Content Operations Intern to support our global influencer collaboration and social media initiatives. This role focuses on building partnerships with North American creators, driving AI-integrated content campaigns, and optimizing cross-platform engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Partnership Development
Identify and establish long-term collaborations with content creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Discord, focusing on the North American market.
Negotiate partnership terms, including pricing, content deliverables, and campaign KPIs to align with brand objectives.
Content Co-Creation & Campaign Execution
Collaborate with creators on video concepts, promotional scripts, and campaign activations, providing data-driven optimization suggestions (e.g., trend analysis, audience insights).
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, monitoring performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) and iterating strategies.
Community Operations & Process Support
Assist in managing Discord communities and social media accounts, including content scheduling, user engagement, and sentiment tracking.
Handle operational workflows: influencer payment processing, data reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
AI Content Production & Product Testing
Participate in AI-generated content development, script ideation, and product testing, providing user feedback to enhance AI tools.
Qualifications
Core Requirements
Language & Cultural Fit:
Fluent English (TOEFL 100+/IELTS 7.0+ equivalent), with ability to lead video calls and draft business emails independently.
Deep understanding of North American social media culture and digital communication norms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ≥3 major platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram required); familiarity with algorithm mechanics and content trends.
Prior experience in influencer outreach or community management (North America focus preferred).
Soft Skills
Content Sensibility: Ability to identify viral elements (memes, challenges) and integrate AI trends into innovative proposals.
Communication: Cross-cultural adaptability and asynchronous collaboration skills (flexible for meetings during Beijing PM / US evening hours).
Industry Passion: Keen interest in AI advancements (e.g., Sora, ChatGPT updates) and emerging tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Current enrollment in a U.S. bachelor’s/master’s program (Communications, Digital Marketing, or AI-related fields).
Portfolio demonstrating successful creator campaigns or social growth metrics.
