Job Description
• Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create and maintain Content Calendars, including writing Facebook Status Updates.
• Manage and help create marketing content for social media purposes (ie. Facebook posts).
• Relationship Management: Maintain relationships and engage social media followers. Manage and respond to user feedback within 48 hours.
• Create systems by which to measure key process indicators (KPI).
• Set realistic projections for growth, engagement, contesting, and other metrics relevant to clients and social networks.
• Measure, analyze, measure some more, and report.
• Oversee marketing analytics such as Internet trends, site features, and best practices, reporting these to management.
Pre-Requisites:
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Content development experience
• Actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social commenting, etc.
• Understanding of popular social networks – design, functionality, users
• Demonstrated ability to produce community management guidelines and documents that reflects the holistic understanding and implementation of the role of social media and its effects.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools and skills.
• Proficiency in social listening tools (such as SocialBakers) a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills within the agency team.
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or in college
• 1+ years of experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands
• Native speaker of English. [IMPORTANT]
