• Social Media operation and marketing – Official WeChat, Facebook, YouTube and etc. Meet the KPI of acquiring leads and increasing followers
• 官方公众号、Facebook、YouTube等社交媒体的运营及推广，完成粉丝增量及客户引流
• Organize and execute online campaign/activities
• 线上营销活动策划、执行
• Search for the hottest market news and trends, and write marketing content
• 洞察最新市场趋势和动态热点，营销推广文案撰写
• Continuously monitor user needs, through planned and purposeful operation activities and content; interact with users and manage community comments, to provide value for community users; and create a good community ecosystem
• 持续挖掘用户需求，通过有计划、有目的的运营活动和内容，与用户互动，管理社群评论，为社群用户提供有意义的价值，打造良好的社群生态
• Analyse relevant data at regular intervals, and develop optimization plans

有较强的数据分析能力, 能定期对相关数据进行有效分析，制定优化方案

Skills And Qualifications 任职资格

• 1-3 years of working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
• 有1-3年社交媒体工作经验
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• 有一定编辑功底（图片、视频或文章），良好的表达能力和沟通能力
• Demonstrable social analytics tools knowledge
• 能够熟练运用社交媒体和相关分析工具
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
• 了解市场知识和熟悉市场渠道，对市场有较高的敏感度
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, good organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to multitask
• 态度积极，具备良好的组织协调能力，能同时应对多项工作
• Good communication skills in English
• 有良好的英语沟通能力
