Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for handling customer enquiries and feedback via email, Social Media and other written channel
• Resolve and analyze customer's post and comments, and proactively follow up with related parties for services improvement
• Consolidate social media statistics, analyze customer satisfaction result and prepare reports to share insights with different stakeholders to amplify the platform performance
• To undertake ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

• University degree in communications, digital media, marketing or a related field with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Proven hands-on experience in managing social media
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese
• Creative and mature with ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• 5-day work week
