Support Social Media Manager in the following area:
· Social plan/calendar support: coordinate with three divisions on campaign timeline, manage social calendar, as well as owned orchestration, sync with all communication teams
· Owned social platforms management: closely work with internal creative team and agency on daily posts release among all official accounts; platform monitor and optimization
· T-Mall project support: support in content requirement and internal communications
· E-services support: support three divisions’ needs on social CRM and E-services
· Agency & third-party management: smooth communication and management, to ensure the best result and all services meet the requirements
