Responsible for communications/content/channels to further promote employer branding and lead digital recruitment marketing strategy in China.

• Localize social media recruitment strategy in China, creative content production and explores important recruitment branding niches;
• Recruitment social media tools set up, management and monitor. Track, evaluate and report on the performance of all digital marketing actions to optimize performance. (WeChat, Weibo, internal communication channels, etc.).
• Content and image for offline and online HR materials/channels.
• Community management, use social media to promote job opportunities and communicate the positives of working for our company and to answer follower questions about working for, or applying to jobs.
• Ensure internal communication planning delivered on time, guidance making, and training;
• Find important communication and discussions topics to increase the online presence of the organization
• Ensure the appropriate branding and brand messages are used in HR action/Recruitment campaigns
• Develop strong internal relationships across HR as well as with internal stakeholders to better understand functions and support opportunities
• Closely cooperation with different department, Global HQ and vendor to ensure guideline and company image
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize employee culture and sense of belonging

PROFILE:

• BA in communication, marketing or related field.
• Experience in developing and managing social media engagements and integrated marketing strategies
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience; ideally within a A4 agency, communications/marketing or within HR
• Strong command of English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
• Exceptional planning skills
• Proactive, creative and hands-on
