ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 2 years working full-time with social media platforms, most importantly WeChat. Candidates who have worked with international social media platform advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using social media platforms to achieve marketing success
  • Self-starter; independent and motivated, takes ownership of results and outcomes
  • Highly organized and respectful of deadlines
  • Able to work remotely within a team spread across different cities
  • Commercial awareness; able to work closely with sales to deliver win-win outcomes.
  • Customer service: some experience working with customers and deliver a positive customer service throughout the interaction.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • High degree of English-language skills (written and spoken). Other Asian languages advantageous.
  • Some amount of experience working with lawyers and understanding how they respond to social media
  • Experience working with regional teams across Asia
