Are you passionate about social media marketing? Bursting with exciting, creative ideas? Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and think outside of the box? If the answer is yes, you could be just the right person for our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic social media marketing manager to help promote the UBS brand and position UBS as an employer of choice.
You will:
• bring the social media strategy to life for our employer branding marketing activities in our global markets
• launch and successfully deliver employer branding marketing campaigns on social media to drive and beat our awareness, engagement and consideration KPIs
• own and manage the budget for your campaigns including measuring, monitoring and reporting the impact of your social media marketing campaigns
• build, test and rollout audience tactics to reach and attract top talent ranging from interns to executives across all job functions
• own, pilot and rollout the testing roadmap including creative A/B testing, landing page, copy, format and placement testing on all social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok)
• take a hands on approach to troubleshoot any technical bugs or errors, build tracking links and optimize the campaigns on a daily basis based on data
• partner closely with the employer branding team to deploy inspiring, engaging and high quality social-first campaigns with our target audience top of mind
• be an ambassador for our employer brand globally and form strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
