The Social Media Sr. Specialist is responsible for the development, execution and reporting of a holistic social media strategy for Lenovo Italy.This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise, experience and enthusiasm to help develop and implement a world-class social media strategy to build brand awareness and thought leadership and support demand generation while delivering a year-over-year increase in followers and engagement. As a Social Media Manager, you should have excellent multitasking skills to manage our social media presence across multiple platforms in a cohesive way. We are looking for someone who challenges the ordinary and seeks to innovate while also balancing execution. The position reports directly to the Country Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities include: • Own the development of the social media strategy and maintain key social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels • Work collaboratively to curate and generate content that encourages engagement and awareness • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr and Lenovo tools • Proactively develop and propose new ideas and concepts for social media content across multiple platforms • Prepare and manage a communications calendar and execute and manage all posts across platforms. • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote Lenovo brand • Own monthly social reporting to highlight top performing content, audience growth and brand health. • Prepare budget requests and manage agency SOWs for social media programs. • Build strong relationships and collaborate with Lenovo’s marketing social media and communications teams to incorporate the Lenovo story into the broader Lenovo social channels • Monitor evolving social media trends and best practices for continuous improvement. • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity • Analyze competitor activity #### Position Requirements: Required skills: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required • 3+ years of experience in a corporate or agency marketing/public relations/social media role Preferred skills: • Excellent writing, editing, communication and presentation skills • Proficient in tools such as Adobe, Photoshop, Sprinklr etc. • Ability to create social media content calendars • Knowledge of social media reporting and analytics tools • Must possess a unique blend of both highly creative and analytical skills • Organized, flexible and collaborative • Willingness to think outside of the box and try new social tools What Lenovo can offer you : • An exciting job with great opportunities for success • A good potential to grow both professionally and personally • You will be a part of the Number 1 PC vendor in the world. • Very nice and stimulating office environment • Performance based rewards Lenovo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
