Job Description
Primary responsibilities:
‒ Create and maintain a successful marketing plan using social media;
‒ Manage campaigns from initial concept through to execution and reporting;
‒ Manage end-to-end influencer projects from conceptualization, execution, to reporting. Find opportunities to collaborate through content and product with influencer partners of all sizes;
‒ Create content and strategy for social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, YouTube);
‒ Push the brand forward through a variety of content streams, ideas and tactics;
‒ Monitor social media conversations and industry news, respond to social media queries, comments, and customer service issues to create sense of community and manage Lovense’s reputation;
‒ Communicate with influencers, maintain relationship and network to KOL, industry celebrities and content creators;
‒ Research, launch and grow new social media channels.

Qualifications:
‒ Preferably native English speaker. Spain language ability is a plus;
‒ 3+ years of marketing experience, specifically within social media and KOL marketing;
‒ Residing in China, Shanghai;
‒ Higher education and compliance with other requirements for obtaining a work visa in China;
‒ Experience managing a brand’s organic social media strategy and content creation;
‒ Strong relationship-building skills, flexibility and adaptability; with the ability to collaborate, influence and persuade at all levels, both internally and externally;
‒ Must have a strong understanding of the social media space, social communities, target audiences, conversations, and trends;
‒ Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
‒ Nice personality, eager to learn and grow.
