Objective of job
- To develop digital content plan, manage and monitor different content execution for social and online platforms to maximize the communication effectiveness and impact.
- To manage, monitor and keep optimizing the performance of social platform of MB and AMG
- To monitor and manage internet word of mouth to keep the health of brand and product image.
Main tasks
- Develop digital content strategy based on the full understanding of business objective, marketing strategy, digital trends and communication calendar. Proactively indentify new opportunites and innovations than fit for brand and product to leverage.
- Lead agency to manage social platforms of brand and develop content for brand, products and activities to keep optimizing the performance. Co-operate with online media team to manage the quality of media content for brand and product.
- Lead team and agency to make social KOL co-operation plan, manage KOLs to prduct content and leverage the influence fo KOLs to increase the impact of communication
- Supervise the team and agency to review the performance and keep the health of the brand and product image at internet word of mouth
- Monitor and make sure the team and agency aligning with the processes and rules of the company
