A lump-sum continuity allowance to teachers who have completed a two-year contract
with a successful appraisal and are signing a new contract. The continuity allowance
amount is set by the school referring to the terms of new Contract and Appraisal Result (5% to 7% of annual salary). The allowance day will be on or before 31st December.

Job Requirement:
1.Native, Currently in China /overseas with all documents prepared for work visa;
2. Bachelor’s degree or above related to subject;
3. At least 2 years full time related teaching experience;
4.Teaching license/PGCE/QTS will be preferable;
5.Strong sense of responsibility for teaching and caring for students
