Key job duties:

1. Coordinate a project on sexuality education including the recruitment, implementation and evaluation of sex educators and professional staffs
2. Provide training and coaching of the youth sex educators and professional staffs
3. Connect with stakeholders for collaboration on sexuality education project
4. Provide staff supervision and training to teammates

We are seeking candidates who are/have

• Degree holder or above in social work
• 3-years plus experience in social work
• Candidate who is familiar with sexual health and youth culture is preferred
• Experience in peer development, training for youth is preferred
• Open minded, good team player able to form collaborations among various stakeholders
• Self-motivated with clear goal to meet the needs of the community AIDS Concern serves
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Well vested in Microsoft Office and knowledge on design software a plus
• Willing to work outside normal work hours as required
