IT Enterprise Production Support is a Global team working with Enterprise Applications that support Supply Chain at Intel.   In this role you will be able to learn about Supply Chain, how IT play an important role enabling and supporting applications for the Supply Chain, from sourcing, planning, manufacturing, sales and warehouse logistics to deliver the products to our end users.  We are looking for a student worker with passion to learn and team work spirit to work across multiples areas to identify areas for improvement and enable automatization to reduce incidents and manual work using edge technologies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support and Enhancements of existing applications
• Work on data analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Propose solutions to existing problems

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

• Active student of bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field of study
• Academic experience with Python, JavaScript, HTML, or .NET
• Basic knowledge of MS SQL
• At least 50 percent of career completed
• Willing to maintain an active student status for at least 1 year
• Intermediate English level
• Candidate must have unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica

The following preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:

• Experience with Machine Learning
• Experience with some test automation tools like Certify, UiPath or Selenium
• Knowledge of ITIL or Agile methodologies
