Job Description

The successful candidate will be a part of Technology Development (TD) Analytics and Tech Automation's 'New Product Introduction Factory Tools' team developing full stack software solutions with responsibilities covering design, development, testing and support for Automation products covering Build Logistics capabilities, New Product Introduction Workflow, Execution Readiness and Controls, Design of Experiments (DOE) Planning Applications. The position involves working with stakeholders from partner organizations in Assembly Test Technology Development (ATTD) Tech Integration, Manufacturing, Quality and Reliability and Planning for TD factories to assess requirements and enable required capabilities for business efficiency, velocity and new technology roadmaps.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Analyzing customer requirements to assess key problems to drive Application and/or Systems design to meet requirements.
  • Independently manage work assignments and complete project management (i.e., covering software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support).
  • Maintaining clear communications with customers and stakeholders, while driving deliverables towards commits.
  • Creating robust, reliable, and high-performance applications that satisfy all forecast needs.
  • Creating and running automated test suites to prove functionality, reliability, and performance of applications being developed.
  • Providing expert level support to TD factories and process engineers on use of domain applications.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor's OR master's degree (with 5+ years of software design and development experience) in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies: C#, .NET Framework, WCF, Angular/ JavaScript FWs, SQL Server or PL/SQL (Oracle).
  • 5+ year of experience in C#/WPF/ASP.Net Development and Object Oriented Design
  • 5+ years of experience with database development in PL/SQL and/or TSQL (SQL Server)
  • 3+ years of experience with writing WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) Services
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile and Scrum Processes


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in:
    • Designing multi-tiered and integrated software systems.
    • Software project management experience covering overall software development life cycle and familiarity with Agile/SCRUM practices.
    • Software stack and applying new requirements efficiently.
