This team supports custom and off the shelf software that help facilitate the smooth maintenance and operations of Intel’s facilities worldwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing solutions, reviewing code changes from 3rd parties, as well as supporting applications

Main responsibilities

• Designs, develops, debugs & tests complex software
• Works directly with external development teams to ensure Intel IT standards are being met, and that Intel IT Architecture expectations are being satisfied
• Works directly with internal customers, and external vendors, to integrate complex software applications to meet challenging business needs

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field OR at least 7 years of experience, including:
• 5+ years of experience: Designing, managing, developing systems -- JavaScript, C#, HTML5, React
• 3+ Years of Database experience (MSSQL preferred)
• 3+ Years of experience with Agile, Scrum, and test-driven development practices.
• Advanced level of English

Preferred

• Additional exposure and experience with the technologies below is beneficial.
• Angular, node.js.
• MySQL (MariaDB), PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Denodo, MuleSoft, Apigee, ActiveMQ, SQL SSIS.
• Docker (containerization), Kubernetes, AWS, Azure.
• SSRS / PowerBI.
• CI/CD tools, DevOps, GitHub, Cloud Foundry

Inside this Business Group

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
