Job Description

We connect the physical and the digital world with an integrated OT and IT landscape along the entire value chain from planning through operations to maintenance – following its design principles of modularity, openness, user-centricity, interoperability, and resilience. It's your role, here's the part you can play: Develop, implement, and perform complex technical assignments related to Energy Market Management System (EMM) software applications particularly in the Web Services and User Interface functional areas. Analyze, program, troubleshoot, recommend solutions, perform enhancements, provide technical support, and implement modifications associated with the EMM software applications. Provide day-to-day technical support and be responsible for the operational support of the on-line EMM software applications. Provide on-site support by working closely with the EMM system operators to improve user experience. Perform problem resolution including performing root cause analysis and interacting with the team and customers. Be part of our team, here's what's needed: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a similar degree combined with work experience. 10 years of experience in software architecture, UI technology, data integration and Web Services and API development. Experience with software design, webservices, SOA, web development and microservices Proficiency with Kafka. Proficiency with Java/J2EE, JQuery, javascript libraries. Familiarity with the Angular and React Framework. Experience with the use of Oracle database. Strong knowledge of Tomcat, web servers, Linux and scripting tools. Experience in working with Spring, Hibernate, Eclipse SDK etc. framework. Familiarity with Cloud technologies and services such as AWS. Solid understanding of software development process, change management, and web application deployment. Attention to detail and quality while maintaining efficiency in output. Strong verbal and written communication skills including the effective use of visualization tools to document process and data flow. Ability to communicate technical implications to business teams effectively. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks, possessing strategic thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills. Quick learner of new technology.
