Job Overview
The main mission is to contribute to the quality, performance of our partners/suppliers deliverables by :
Identifying and coordinating operational needs on contracts
Implementing process and policies and advising on contractual schemes
Supporting IT stakeholders and discussing with suppliers on the negotiation of operational terms and conditions
Monitoring Purchase Orders, maintaining contractual records and documentation,
Avoiding any deviation of expenditures from budget and contractual goals
Contracts Portfolio & scope :
License agreements in connection with the SAM
IT services excluding Time & Material contracts (publishers, manufacturers, distributors, etc.),
Large range of subcontracting contracts such as, Statement of works, Third Party Application Maintenance (TMA) and outsourcing contracts
Role and responsibilities:
Participates in the life cycle (establishment, amendments, (re)negotiations, termination.) of IT/IS contracts.
Manages contract commitments and renewals in the group's information systems (Aspen)
Participates in the formalization of contracts and assists business owners in the development of specifications.
Contributes to and participates in negotiations and the conduct of tenders with internal or external partners. (Business owners, IT delivery managers, Procurement and legal teams)
Defines and implements with business owners the performance strategy of contracts with regard to their life cycle;
Defines and monitors the indicators of the contractual activity.
Contributes to the implementation of the processes and tools resulting from the contract,
Participates in the various contractual committees with suppliers (excluding portfolio managed by the Strategic Partnership team).
Manages contractual, financial, and risk-related obligations in close collaboration with the SAM
Ensures the smooth running of contracts and compliance with the reference framework (QAP, DRP, Security Plan, accessibility etc.).
Communicates with all stakeholders
Ensures the relevance of reporting and dashboards
Monitors and consolidates expenses / Budget in relation to Finance and Business Owners
Mains stakeholders and suppliers scope
Main IS /IT Suppliers except Strategic Perimeters.
All IT IS delivery managers and business owner within Accor, Business partners (Legal purchasing finance departments)
Profile
Graduated from legal, business school or engineer diploma, you have at least 5 years of experience as Contract Manager in IT industry with infrastructure and applications environment.
Ability to understand issues with legal, technical, organizational department
Ability to synthesize and analyze to make clear the expectations of the contract and their contributions
Ability to move internal organizations
