We need a new IT team member - Software Asset Specialist. You will become part of interesting and developing IT Software world where you will manage our software assets, cloud-based services, software provider programs and their related licenses with a goal of ensuring software license compliance and cost efficiency.
We are looking for someone who is interested in IT and would like to learn more, or someone who already has IT experience and would like to bring it to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining of SW license records – making sure they are complete and accurate
- Purchasing of SW licenses based on business units’ requirements with maximal effectiveness and in compliance with license terms
- Administrator setting management of purchased SW (user rights and management, license assignment and compliance, functionality and problem solving)
- Expertise in our main SW vendors – e.g. Microsoft, VMware, and Adobe
- Close cooperation with IT teams, business units and financial teams
Requirements:
- Administrative skills, keep the records accurate and effective
- (Basic) Knowledge of Software licensing and Software management principles
- Advanced in MS Office tools, mainly MS Excel
- Advanced in spoken and written English
- Problem solving and analytical skills, keeping an overview with an eye for detail
- Proactive and pragmatic, get things done attitude with organizational skills
- Involved, with focus on quality
Nice to have:
- Experience with asset management or procurement
- Experience with IT
- Experience with financial processes – budget planning, accounting basics
