#### Position Description:


We are looking for a Software Defined Solution Sales Executive  to cover
Eastern Europe territory. You will be responsible for selling all Software
Defined Infrastructure solutions from Lenovo to customers and channel
partners. You must have a drive to develop new accounts and new use cases, and
we will ensure you receive unrivaled support from engineering, marketing, and
product development to exceed your sales goals.

Essential Job Functions

• Identify and develop selling opportunities within net new accounts and
partner organizations
• Using a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospects, and
demonstrate the best solution to their business needs
• Balance sometimes conflicting motivations of buying teams to create value
for all involved parties
• Build relationships at customers and partners that position you to capture
incremental value within accounts

#### Position Requirements:


• Strong existing relationships with channel partners and VARs in your
territory
• Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales quotas within high growth
companies or product lines
• Cumulatively 5+ years of sales experience in any of the following
infrastructure technologies:
o Storage, including array based replication (e.g., Pure Storage, EMC
XtremeIO, Isilon, Unity/VNX, VMAX)
o VMware virtualization, including vCloud Director, vRealize, vSAN, and VXRail
o Hyperconverged (e.g., Nutanix, SimpliVity)
o Experience in selling Networking
o Familiar with Dockers, Containers, Orchestration
