Responsibilities: • As a developer in the team located in Bangalore, you will develop and integrate algorithm components for CT applications by taking care of all aspects of software engineering, from design and implementation, through testing and documentation of API and design, to integration into the various medical devices. • You will also be responsible for people management of algorithm developers. • You will be responsible for optimizing the algorithms for current hardware. • You will also need to help with software integration and the development of new feature prototypes for the applications focusing on the algorithm aspects. • You will work with international colleagues across various development sites. Experience/Job Requirements: • You have a professional degree in Computer Science or a related subject. • You have 10+ years of relevant software development experience. • You have 2+ years experience in managing a team of software developers. • Through your previous professional career, you have acquired an extensive programming experience in C++ and C++/CLI. Optionally, you have a basic exposure to C#. • You have gained advanced skills in performance analysis and optimization. • Experience in medical imaging is desirable. Exposure to artificial intelligence will be a bonus. • You have at least a decent experience in guiding and supporting external business partners. • You have a high customer and result orientation. • You have a creative and independent way of working as well as communication skill that can help you to successfully solve complex development tasks with multiple interfaces.
